- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Candles must be unburned with intact wicks
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our services, the following items
cannot be returned:
- Custom gift wrapping services already completed
- Personalized or custom-made candles
- Items with custom labels or engravings
- Used or burned candles
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

- Unburned candles in original condition may be returned
